  • Kirsty Wiseman

    Health and Wellbeing Coach Manager

    Kirsty Wiseman

    Kirsty grew up in Hertfordshire and is still relatively new to Norfolk, settling into her new family home by the coast.

    Kirsty’s passion for making a difference and helping others led her to work as a Wellness Coach, dementia carer, a training assistant for care providers, a senior optical assistant, a Health Care Practitioner, a Partnership Manager, and now a Health and Wellbeing Coach Manager.

    Health Check Practitioner

    Elaine Fereday

    Elaine is originally from Bradford, West Yorkshire, now living in Norwich.

    For most of the past 40 years Elaine has worked in health care. For the last 20 years she has worked in Primary Care in various GP practices as a Health Care Assistant undertaking a wide range of clinical monitoring.

    She especially enjoyed the chronic disease monitoring and helping people manage their conditions such as CHD, COPD and Diabetes. Elaine is now excited to be working with Reed Wellbeing to continue to assist people to improve their own health and wellbeing.

  • Ruth Holden

    Health Check Practitioner

    Ruth Holden

    Ruth lives near Swaffham in West Norfolk and and started her career at a national garden centre chain and then went on to become a Community Nurse working across Norfolk before moving into GP practice, initially as a locum Practice Nurse, then as a Practice Nurse with interest in Respiratory – Asthma and COPD. From here her role progressed to GP Matron, working closely with GPs, looking after the Care Home residents and Housebound patients.

    She joined he NHS Norfolk Health Practitioner team as she missed the interaction with people and she is delighted to be able to advise and empower people to improve their health.

    Jen Scrivener

    Jenifer started her career as a nurse and after some time with her family, decided to pursue her career in Public Health and Healthy Lifestyle promotion.

    She joined the NHS Norfolk Health Practitioner team and her goal is to support as many people as possible within the Norfolk community and help turn their lives around by healthier choices to live longer, healthier and happier lives

  • Natasha Holmes

    Resource Administrator

    Natasha Holmes

    Natasha lives in Liverpool and supports the team and co-ordinates the bookings of the NHS Health Checks.

    Before joining the Norfolk NHS Health Checks team, she previously worked on the National Diabetes Prevention Programme, also provided by Reed Wellbeing and supported other programmes such as Stop Smoking, Weight Management and Falls Prevention services.

    Natasha enjoys making a difference in peoples lives by being the first point of call for booking the health checks and answering any questions or queries you may have.
