What support is available?
Here’s what you can expect when you join the program: • One-to-one coaching: work with a trained Stop Smoking Coach to build a quit plan that fits your lifestyle. • Flexible access: Get support in person, over the phone, or online—whatever works best for you. • Free treatments: choose between a course of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) or a vape starter kit to support your quit. • Progress tracking: carbon monoxide monitoring helps you see the health benefits of quitting in real time. • Relapse support: if you slip up, you’ll get non-judgmental advice to help you get back on track.
